Since its funding in 1991 space ink has been a laboratory for innovations in architecture and design.

Our theory and practice is based on the integration of digital technologies with the tradition of place-making.

Dwelling recalls the social responsibilities of architecture, in the making of a place (instead of a mere building) in harmony with the natural environment and the historical and cultural characteristics of a site.

Our design is informed by:

integration between architecture and landscape, as interface between built environment and natural sites

structural expression as diagram of forces

sustainability as holistic vision

use of materials according to their structural, environmental, functional and aesthetic performance

integration of renewable energy sources expressed in the design forms
